Keep in mind, when I use the term “viral,” I am not talking about hundreds of thousands of views. I have several videos with those high numbers but only over time. For me “viral” means I put something up, it instantly jumps to #1 in my Video posting YouTube history–and pulls in 15-20 thousands views in less than 24 hours. That lets me know something is cooking. What is really interesting is it is almost impossible to predict. Things I often think will shoot to the moon, fizzle on the ground–and then another does the totally unexpected.
