BUT NOTE: In this one hour in-depth study I question many of the most common assumptions regarding what our earliest textual evidence in fact says about the idea of resurrection of the dead and eternal life. What people assume that even the core New Testament documents say, is largely mistaken. I am not advocating any view of D&A, but I am expounding–the history of ideas. Unless we get a clear sense of what those earliest followers of Jesus believed–given their world views–we will never be able to read the texts with any kind of understanding.
