Another Review of the French Edition of my Mary Book

Here is a nice review by Éliane Bedu (in English as well as French) of my forthcoming book, The Lost Mary (Knopf, 2021), already out in French: Marie: De son enfance juive à la fondation du christianisme (Flamarrion, March 2020–along with my video presentation of the French version when it was published by Flamarrion last March–just as Covid was taking down our world.

I will do a video interview with these good folks at Mare Nostrum, and post that when it is done.  Marie is also being picked up by a book club in France and was reviewed in Le Monde already, so it is making some significant waves on the Continent. I have also heard from a French filmmaker who is interested in doing a documentary. I will let everyone know when we can expect the English. Right now, due to Covid and other publishing contingencies, most major book publishers are delaying publications dates into 2021. However, many of my readers can handle French with no problem, so French copies are easy to order through Amazon worldwide, in both print and Kindle editions.
