Popular Archaeology: Top Ten Stories of the Decade–The Quest for the Historical Jesus

The on-line magazine, Popular Archaeology, which I highly recommend, recently circulated its “Top Ten” feature stories of the past decade. I was honored and pleased that one of the ten stories that my research on the historical Jesus, as related to material and textual evidence, was chosen as one of the ten!

The article is a really comprehensive update, based on editor Dan McLerran’s traveling with me on my “Tracking Jesus” tour a few years ago. You can read the article free—it is full of texts and many dozens of really professional photos, here at this link: “In Search of the Historical Jesus.” I encourage you to subscribe to this publication—and browse the other nine top stories featured. It is a wonderful resource for all of you interested in history and archaeology.
