Dr. J. Philip Arnold, long-time friend and colleague, “lets his hair down” as he celebrates his Biblical roots, mouthing the old spiritual “Bring My People Out.” Philip sent us this video yesterday and somehow we have found it contagious, playing it repeatedly, so I wanted to share it with all of you. I predict you will find it irresistible.
Dr. Arnold, mind you, is a notable, serious, and dignified Biblical scholar with a Ph.D. from Rice University. He and I worked with the FBI in 1993 trying our best to avert the terrible tragedy at Waco, read the first chapter of my book, Why Waco, here.
