NASA Mars “Curiosity” Mission: Photos & Information

by James Tabor

The Mars “Curiosity” rover, officially called the “Mars Science Laboratory,” is sending back photos. They are all over the various news media but the best place I have found is the official NASA site for constantly updated news and photos, as well as Mars exploration more generally, both past and future. It feels surreal to look at these high resolution glimpses of another world, so similar to landscapes on our planet, yet so different in many ways. My initial thoughts on the landing and “life on Mars” are here.
